First a message from Brad: He wants to send a big thank-you for all the best wishes that keep coming his way since he celebrated his 80th birthday in January. He says he’s not sure he will make it to 90, but he is certainly going to try since I have promised/threatened to kill him if he doesn’t!

In March of 1984 Brad and I took our first vacation together – a trip to Las Vegas, of course. I had been in Las Vegas years before, but just a short stop on a trip from Indiana to California. Brad had been in Reno for a few hours many many years before, on a bus layover on his trip back to Indiana after his Air Force years in Japan.
