“Play for Prizes” is running as usual Monday through Friday. The first period is February 2-13, featuring Albertsons gift cards. The second is February 16-27, when you can play for various gift cards, pictures showing a group of past selections. “Participating retailers may vary daily” probably means limited personal choice. Redemption times are the same as usual, Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m.-10 p.m., and Fridays 10 a.m.-midnight.
Gift days for February are the 8th, 22nd, and 28th. To earn the gift-of-the-day, you need 100 base points on video slots or 500 base points on video poker between 12:01 a.m. and 6:59 p.m.

A waitress at the coffee shop told us that Senior Thursdays was being discontinued the end of January and she didn’t know if it was being revised or just what. A note in our mailer did talk about a new menu in the Twenty Four Seven Café beginning February 3. So I don’t know if just the Senior Menu is changing or the whole Senior Program.

The free pizza/sub offer seems to be the same – but I am not optimistic that other changes, when we figure them out, will be good for the players.

The Jackets-for-Jackpots which was originally supposed to be a January promotion saw a change in dates. It seems you can still earn jackets at all casinos (except the Suncoast which got to start on the original January 1 date) through February 12th. Speaking of varying details at the 4 casinos, be watchful of the timing on any multiple-point days. They don’t always go from midnight to midnight. On January 19, Martin Luther Day, bonus points at Gold Coast stopped at 7 p.m. I didn’t know that until I saw a sign at the players club booth that day. I hadn’t read that anywhere before that day. Then when we went to the Orleans to play, I was careful to ask at the booth since there were no signs there about it. Found out their bonus points stopped later – 10 p.m. if I remember right.
